My first ride on Screamin' Eagle came when I was 7 years old. Halfway up the first lift hill, I looked at my aunt and nervously said, "I think I made a mistake."

Thankfully, I was wrong.

Nearly 50 years later, I returned to document the park's transition from Six Flags St. Louis to Mid-America by Enchanted Parks and to revisit many of the attractions that helped create a lifetime of memories.
